Kevan Wayne Johnson, 53, of Jeffersonville, died Friday, November 15, 2019 at his residence. He was born on September 12, 1966 in Dayton, OH to the late Rick Johnson and Jeri Mullins Johnson.
Kevan graduated from Bath County High School, class of 1984 and attended Rowan Vocational School. He worked as a machinist and was a talented mechanic, woodworker and could fix most anything with his hands. Kevan enjoyed mechanics, gardening, art, sewing and tending to his animals. He loved his family and they will miss him greatly.
He is survived by two daughters, Holly Utterback (Cedric Walsh) of Bath County and Lindsey Jett (Kris) of Mt. Sterling; his mother, Jeri Mullins Johnson; one brother, Brian Johnson (Janet) of Winchester; eight grandchildren, Corbin Walsh, Natalie Walsh, Destiny Walsh, Kelsey Walsh, Hailey Walsh, Skylar Utterback all of Bath County, Karma Jett and Jade Jett of Mt. Sterling; two nieces, Casey Johnson and Tori Johnson of Winchester and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
In addition to Kevan's father Rick Johnson, he was preceded in death by his grandparents, Junior and Louella Highley Johnson and Corbett and Beryl Egelsten Mullins.
