Adam Shane Patrick

November 8, 1983 — February 5, 2018

Adam Shane Patrick, 34, of Mt. Sterling, died Monday, February 5, 2018.  He was born November 8, 1983 in Mt. Sterling to Ricky Patrick and Teri Blake Patrick.

Adam was a native of Montgomery County, a graduate from Montgomery County High School, a self employed contractor and he attended Living Water Church.  He had a joyous personality and loved to laugh.  Adam enjoyed; helping others, working on vehicles, training horses, fishing, lifting weights, kayaking and all types of animals.  He will be dearly missed by family and friends.

Survivors include; his parents, Teri Blake Patrick and Ricky Patrick (Judy), both of Mt. Sterling; one son, Trace of Flemingsburg; two brothers, Keelen Patrick (Crystal) of Means and Bryce Patrick (Jessica) of Mt. Sterling; grandparents, Bonnie Patrick, Ray and Marty Livingston Blake, all of Mt. Sterling; one step sister, Crystal Hill of Mt. Sterling; two aunts, Cindy Ashford (Ron) of Lexington and Donna Cartmill of Mt. Sterling; uncle, Gary Blake (Kim) of Lexington; nephew, Logan Patrick; four nieces, Peyton Patrick, Keely Patrick, Addison Wood and Kendall Wood; numerous cousins and three very special friends, Cierra Willoughby, Kyle Ware, both of Mt. Sterling and Jennifer Cross of Nicholasville.

He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Barnes Patrick.

In lieu of flowers, the family request donations to be made to the Healing Place, 105 Hiestand Farm Road, Campbellsville, Kentucky 42718.

Memorial service will be Friday, February 9, 2018 at 11:00AM, Visitation will be prior from 9:00AM-11:00AM at the Living Water Church.  Pastor Grant Cannoy will be officiating.
