Archie McQuinn
October 3, 1949 — March 3, 2016
Archie McQuinn, 66, of Jeffersonville, died Thursday evening, March 3, 2016 at St. Joseph Mt. Sterling. He was born October 3, 1949 in Wolfe County to the late Sturgill and Barbara Holland McQuinn.
Archie moved to Montgomery County in 1992 from Clark County, he was United States Marine Corps veteran, he retired from the Bluegrass Army Depot in Richmond and previously a licensed barber and he was a member of the Pine Grove Baptist Church. Archie enjoyed reading the Bible, golfing, cooking, and watching football. He will be dearly missed by his family and friends.
Survivors include; his wife of thirty-nine years, Christine Barnett McQuinn of Jeffersonville; one sister, Dena Spencer (Bill) of Ohio; one niece and four nephews, Michelle Spencer, Robert Spencer, Ricky McQuinn, Randy McQuinn and Bobby McQuinn.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Logan McQuinn.
