Brian Lee Roberts

Brian Lee Roberts, 55, of Mt. Sterling, passed away on Friday, July 28, 2023 at his residence.  He was born on July 1, 1968 in Mt. Sterling, Kentucky to Gerald and Merida June Chapman Roberts.

Brian was a Montgomery County native, of the Christian faith, graduate of Montgomery County high school, class of 1986 and a veteran of the United States Army Reserves.  He enjoyed hunting, all things fire arms, archery and was a devoted fan of Alabama athletics.  His favorite saying was "Roll Tide".  He loved his family and will be dearly missed by all who knew him.

Brian is survived by his mother, June Chapman Roberts of Mt. Sterling; two sons, Logan Roberts (Sara) of Mt. Sterling and Trevor Roberts (Rachel Cox) of Mt. Sterling; brother-in-law, Brian Ballard of Mt. Sterling; two nephews, Spencer Ballard of Mt. Sterling and Blaine Ballard of Mt. Sterling.

Brian was preceded in death by his father, Gerald Roberts; brother, Michael Todd Roberts and sister, Stacey Roberts Ballard.

Private family service with Military Rites will take place. Brother Jerry Carmichael and Pastor Jason Toller will be officiating the service.

Pallbearers: Brian Ballard, Spencer Ballard, Blaine Ballard, Mike Keath, Chris Keath and Bill Scaggs.
