Carmen F. Stanley Ball, 51, of Wellington, died Saturday morning, September 30, 2017 at UK Medical Center. She was born February 3, 1966 in Paintsville to the late Thomas and Roberta Vanhoose Stanley.
Carmen moved to Menifee County fifteen years ago from Paintsville. She enjoyed color pencil drawing, technology and boat riding. She'll be dearly missed by her family and friends.
Survivors include; her husband of fifteen years, Darrell Ball, Jr.; one brother, Frankie Stanley of Paintsville and one sister, Karen Blevins of Paintsville.
