Carroll Martin II

Carroll Martin II, 51, of Lexington died on Sunday, September 15, 2019 at University of Kentucky Hospital.  He was born in Newport on August 9, 1968 to late Carroll Martin and Diane Cruse.

Carroll moved to the Lexington area seventeen years ago.  He loved to smile and enjoyed making people laugh, often playing practical jokes on others.  Carroll was a devoted family man and made sure his wife and children were taken care of.  His friends and family will miss him dearly.

He is survived by his loving wife Vickie Brown Martin of Lexington; three sons; Leo Martin, Casey Smith and Eric Smith (Nikki) all of Northern KY; three daughters Samantha Plummer, Alexandria Martin and Shannon Valle (Nick) all of Northern KY; granddaughter Bailey Smith of Lexington and six grandchildren of Northern KY.

Private family services took place at Coffman Funeral Home & Crematory in Mt. Sterling.
