Delbert "William" Beavers

Delbert "William" Beavers, 53, of Mt. Sterling, died Tuesday morning January 26, 2021 at St. Joseph Mt. Sterling.   He was born in Chicago, Illinois on January 13, 1968  to Delbert and Naoma Coomer Beavers.

William has been a resident of Montgomery County since 1975.  He was a Christian and loved helping others, his favorite saying was "Jesus loves you".  He had no enemies and loved to give everyone hugs.  William loved watching wrestling, collecting hot wheels and he had a favorite doll "Buddy". He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.

William is survived by his father; Delbert Beavers of Mt. Sterling; two sisters; Joyce Shanks of Mt. Sterling and Nancy Corey (David) of Lexington.

William was preceded in death by his mother Naoma Coomer Beavers; one brother Tom Coomer; one sister; Peggy Iker.

Pallbearers: David Corey, Clay Corey, Austin Corey, Matthew Shanks, Bobby Coomer and Matt Gasperalli.
