Dorothy Jeanne Wilson Palmer, 84, died Thursday morning, January 1, 2015 at Edgewood Estates in Frenchburg. She was born February 18, 1930 in Montgomery County to the late Everett and Mary Lou Owen Wilson.
Jeanne, along with her late husband, Thomas, had been a resident of Edgewood Estates for the past eighteen years. She was a Montgomery County native and a member of the First Church of God. Jeanne, along with her husband enjoyed traveling the United States; they previously lived in Texas and moved back to Kentucky eighteen years ago. Jeanne loved her Edgewood Estates family, she will be dearly missed.
Survivors include; two nephews, Dudley Wilson (Wanda) of Mt. Sterling and B.D. Wilson (Paula) of Henderson, Kentucky; one niece, Brenda Keith (Ronny) of Mt. Sterling; three grandchildren; three great grandchildren; and her Edgewood Estates family.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of sixty-six years, Thomas Palmer and their son, Ronald Wayne Palmer; two brothers Banford and Kenneth Wilson; one sister, Lillian Cleaver.
