Dustin Shane Crump, 48, of Mt. Sterling, died Monday afternoon, January 1, 2018 at the UK Medical Center. He was born December 12, 1969 in Mt. Sterling, to James and Margaret Scott Crump.
Dustin was a Montgomery County native, of the Christian faith and previously employed at the Big Sandy Federal Penitentiary. He enjoyed; dirt track racing, Nascar, riding motorcycles, playing basketball and most of all, spending time with his family. He will be dearly missed by family and friends.
Survivors include; one son, Mark Crump of Paintsville; his mother, Margaret Scott Crump of Mt. Sterling; one sister, Carla Crump of Mt. Sterling; two brothers, Randy Crump and Kevin Crump (Krystle), both of Mt. Sterling; three nieces, Sasha Conley of Lexington, Kerri Craycraft of Mt. Sterling and Whitney Addington of Jeffersonville; one great niece, Zoey Craycraft of Mt. Sterling; special aunt and uncle, Shelby Lindon and Harry Scott, both of Mt. Sterling.
He was preceded in death by his father, James Crump.
