Finnell Lowell Fields

May 29, 1932 — September 25, 2014

Finnell Lowell Fields, 82, died September 24, 2014 at Central Baptist Hospital. He was the son of the late Finnell Lambert Fields and Naomi Routt Fields.

He retired as a 4-H Agent of Montgomery County and as a Lieutenant Colonel of the US Army. He also served as Pastor of the Hazel Green Christian Church in Hazel Green and East Union Christian Church in Carlisle.

Survivors include his son David (Terri) Fields of Lexington; granddaughters, Kelsey Fields and Kenna Fields both of Lexington; brother, Lonnie Fields of Cincinnati, OH; sister-in-law Clara Fields; nephews, Roger Fields (Lori) and Jeff Fields (Teresa).

Memorial service will be held Saturday, September 27, 2014 at 7:00PM at the First Christian Church.

He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Charlene Stovall Fields and brother, Tom Fields.
