Born on October 8, 1939, in Mt. Sterling, to the late Arthur Mack and Julia Garrett Johnson. Georgia Mae spent her life embodying kindness, compassion, and an unwavering faith in God.

Georgia Mae was a graduate of Dubois High School, had a successful career taking care of homes for others, and was a devoted member of the High Street Christian Church, where she not only attended services but also actively participated as a Sunday school teacher and was a cherished member of the Disciples of Women. Her faith was the cornerstone of her existence, bringing her immense joy through church activities and Bible study, and fostering a strong sense of community among her friends and family.

In addition to her spiritual commitments, Georgia Mae had a vibrant social life, often found cheering for her favorite football teams-the Dallas Cowboys, Cincinnati Bengals, and the University of Kentucky. Whether it was a Sunday service or a game day, Georgia brought enthusiasm and warmth wherever she went. She also enjoyed watching her favorite shows; Family Feud, Prices Is Right, and her soaps-Young & the Restless, Bold & the Beautiful, and General Hospital.
