James "Jimbo" Robert Beckner

James "Jimbo" Robert Beckner, 51, of Mt. Sterling, passed away Wednesday, August 20, 2014 at St. Joseph Mt. Sterling. He was born November 13, 1962 in Fort Thomas to Barbara Roland Beckner and the late Ernest Dan Beckner.
Jimbo enjoyed playing guitar and was a talented song writer.
Survivors include; his wife, Laura Jo Lyday Beckner of Mt. Sterling; three children, James Robert Beckner, Jr. and Jamie Lynn Beckner both of Mt. Sterling and Julia Alison Beckner of Nicholasville; three step children, Keri Jean Rollyson of Paris, Illinois, Katelyn Jade Germana and Paul Francis Germana, Jr. both of Mt. Sterling; his mother, Barbara Beckner of Lexington; two sisters, Diana Clark (Joe) of Frankfort and Jennie Baker (Steve) of Nicholasville.
