Janet Faye Craycraft

Janet Faye Craycraft, 50, of Mt. Sterling, passed away Monday, March 8, 2021 surrounded by her family and friends.  She was born in Lexington, Kentucky on September 20, 1970.  Janet was the daughter of Clyde Craycraft and Lema Caudill Chandler.

Janet was a lifelong resident of Montgomery County and attended Freedom Church of God.  She was a surgical technician employed by Central Baptist Healthcare.  She enjoyed; puzzles, riding motorcycles, cooking, doing her nails and spending time with her friends and her grandchildren.  She will be dearly missed by her family and friends.

Janet is survived by her mother; Lema Caudill Chandler (Danny) of Mt. Sterling; fiancé; James Daugherty of Mt. Sterling; two daughter; Danielle Roberts (Travis) of Mt. Sterling and Brittany Wagoner of Mt. Sterling; two stepsons; James Allen Daugherty (Amanda) of Mt. Sterling and Terence Daugherty (Hailey) of Mt. Sterling; two grandchildren; Jacob Nickell and Gayson Roberts both of Mt. Sterling; ten step grandchildren; one brother; Robert Craycraft of Mt. Sterling; two sisters; Karen Irwin of Mt. Sterling; Terrie Craycraft of Paris; special niece; Kayla Irwin of Mt. Sterling.

Janet was preceded in death by her father; Clyde Craycraft; stepmother; Shirley Craycraft and sister Lisa Patrick.

Memorial service for Janet Craycraft will be held on Friday, March 12, 2021 at 12:00PM.  Visitation will be prior from 11:00AM - 12:00PM.  Both will be held at Freedom Church of God, 3600 Levee Road, Mt. Sterling, KY.  Pastor William Hoss Prater will be officiating.
