Jessie E. Reddix Dennis, 68, of Jeffersonville, died Saturday evening, May 27, 2017 at St. Joseph Mt. Sterling. She was born March 15, 1949 in Montgomery County to the late Jesse and Hazel Anderson Reddix.
Jessie was a Montgomery County native and a member of Pine Grove Baptist Church. She enjoyed helping and caring for the elderly, most of all, she loved God, her family and Church. She will be dearly missed by her family, church family and friends.
Survivors include; her beloved husband of fifty one years, David Dennis, Sr. of Jeffersonville; one son, David Dennis, Jr. of Jeffersonville; one daughter, Teresa Dennis of Mt. Sterling; six sisters, Virginia Masters of Jeffersonville, Martha Sue Martin (Gary Wayne) of Jeffersonville, Dorothy Toy (Roger) of Mt. Sterling, Mayme Adams (Tim) of Jeffersonville, Billie Jo Arundel (Tony) of Mt. Sterling and Teresa McVey (Kenny) of Mt. Sterling; two grandchildren, Matthew Jones and Sarah Dennis, both of Jeffersonville.
