Lenville Joshua "Josh" Smith

Lenville Joshua "Josh" Smith, 27, of Mt. Sterling died Monday, September 9, 2019.  He was born in Whitesburg on June 11, 1992 to Danny and Barbara Noble Smith.

Josh was raised in Bath County where he played high school football and worked in farming.  He enjoyed working on old vehicles, listening to music, singing, fishing and being outdoors.  Josh was a good hearted country boy who loved his family, especially his children.  He remains in our hearts, on our minds and will be missed dearly by his friends and family.

Josh is survived by his loving fiancé, Candace Anderson of Salt Lick; three sons, Hayden Smith of Carlisle and Mason Smith and Ethan Smith of Salt Lick; one daughter, Brianna Smith of Carlisle; his parents Danny "Goat" and Barbara Noble Smith of Means, grandmother, Eliza Adams of Red Fox; two sisters, Rosetta "Rosie" Meadows (Tim) of Slade and Danielle Burton (Curtis) of Means and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Lenville and Pauline Smith and Joshua Noble.

Celebration of life visitation gathering will be held Friday, June 12, 2020 from 6:00PM-8:00PM at Queen Street Christian Fellowship.
