Mary Ann Perkins, 36, of Winchester, died Sunday morning, September 13, 2015 at Clark Regional Medical Center. She was born November 2, 1978 in Winchester to Ernest and Jeannette Willoughby.
Mary was a Clark County native and a member of Grace Bible Church. She had a passion for shopping, visiting the beach, country music and her church. Mary had a jokester personality but she was also very good hearted; during her illness she also helped take care of her ill mother. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends.
Survivors include; one son, Wesley “Bub” Perkins of Winchester; two grandchildren, Conner Perkins and Salyer Perkins, both of Winchester; mother, Jeannette Nanny Willoughby of Winchester; one brother, Roger Willoughby of Winchester; three sisters, Lisa McCoy (Shawn), Erlena Barboza, both of Winchester and Sarah Willoughby (Chester Manns) of Lexington; numerous neices and nephews, Melissa Balough of Beattyville, Eden Estes of Cincinnati, Jaime Barboza, Julia Barboza, Brittney Hatton, Mallory Willoughby, all of Winchester, Alexis Manns, Hunter Manns, Colten Manns, Bentley Manns and Cody Manns, all of Lexington.
She was preceded in death by her father, Ernest Willoughby and her brother, Billy Balough.
