Paul "Steve" Steven Jones

Paul “Steve” Steven Jones, 68, gained his Heavenly wings on Saturday, January 27, 2024, at University of Kentucky Medical Center, surrounded by his family.  He was born on August 3, 1955, in Mt. Sterling to Paul and Eura Estes Jones.

Steve loved to laugh and could put a smile on anyone's face. Steve loved his family greatly and felt there was no greater joy in his life than family, especially his grandchildren. He was a dedicated member of Antioch Christian Church, and his favorite quote was "It is what it is".

Steve is survived by his wife Bonnie Rister Jones of 50 years. He is also survived by his daughter Amanda Price (Michael), one grandson, Andrew Price, one granddaughter, Kennedy Price all of Jeffersonville, one brother David Jones (Cheryl) of Mt. Sterling, his mother Eura Lee Estes Jones of Mt. Sterling, and his many extended family members. 

Steve is preceded in death by his father, Paul Henry Jones, paternal grandparents, Henry C. Jones and Rebecca Jean Chandler Jones, and maternal grandparents, C.G. Estes and Laura Phillips Estes.

Memorial service will be held from 11:00AM - 1:00PM on Thursday February 1, 2024 at Antioch Christian Church 3800 Bedford Road Mt. Sterling, Kentucky.  Pastor Jason Toler wil be officiating.
