Princess Jane Jackson Setters, 87, a beloved member of the community, peacefully passed away at Edgewood Estates in Frenchburg, Saturday morning, September 21, 2024. Born on March 4, 1937, in Menifee County to the late Rollie and Ethel Lawson Jackson. Princess was a native of Menifee County and had called Montgomery County her home for the past seventy years. She was a devoted homemaker who found joy in caring for her family and creating loving memories with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
Throughout her life, Princess was known for her culinary skills, delighting her loved ones with delicious meals, baked treats and homemade candy. She also had a green thumb and took great pleasure tending to her beautiful flowers and landscaping and found solace in her Christian faith.
Princess Jane Setters is survived by her children, Gaye Shultz, Karen Johnson, and Alan Setters; grandson, Wes Shultz; great grandchildren, Caitlyn, Chase, Reagan, and Kylee; siblings, Tommy Jackson, Johnny Jackson (Lee) and Shannon Hartgrove (Carl).
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by the love of her life, Ben Setters; and sisters, Nancy Nickell, Barbara Lansdale and Mary Setters.
Funeral service to honor Princess Jane Setters's life will be held at Coffman Funeral Home & Crematory, Wednesday, September 25, 2024, at 12:00PM. Visitation will be prior from 10:00AM to 12:00PM. Committal will follow at the Machpelah Cemetery. Pastor David Hale will be officiating.
