Ronnie Lee Conkright

Ronnie Lee Conkright, 74, of Mt. Sterling, Kentucky passed away Thursday, December 29, 2022, at his residence surrounded by his loving family. He was born on April 27, 1948 in Mt. Sterling, to the late Shirley and Ivy Sorrell Conkright.

Ronnie was a Montgomery County native and retired carpenter.  He enjoyed; fishing, hunting, working with his hands, games on his phone and most of all, spending time with family and his grandchildren.  Ronnie will be dearly missed by his family and friends.

Ronnie is survived by one son, Timothy Conkright (Loretta) of Mt. Sterling; four daughters, Jennifer Hendrix, Jill Conkright, Sherry Wages and Angie Toy (Greg), all of Mt. Sterling; ten grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; one brother, Tommy Conkright of Mt. Sterling; one sister, Ashley Farmer of Winchester.

In addition to his parents, Ronnie was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Evelyn Miles Conkright; two brothers, Marvin Conkrighty and Danny Conkright; one sister, Susan Tolson.

Funeral service will be held at 12:00PM on Tuesday, January 3, 2023. Visitation will be prior from 10:00AM - 12:00PM, both will be held at the Victory Chapel, 5929 East Veterans Highway, Sharpsburg, Kentucky 40374.  Committal will follow at Machpelah Cemetery.   Pastor Kevin Miles will be officiating.
