"Ronnie" Ronald Eugene Lyons

"Ronnie" Ronald Eugene Lyons, 59, of Owingsville, died Tuesday, March 6, 2018 at University of Kentucky Medical Center.  He was born January 11, 1959 in Morehead to the late Daniel Lyons and Ione Mays Meade.

Ronnie was a lifelong resident of Owingsville where he was employed in the railroad industry.  He enjoyed; the outdoors, fishing, camping, watching western movies and most of all, spending time with his family.  He will be dearly missed by family and friends.

Survivors include; his two sons, Paul Christman of Geneva, OH and Michael Knipp of Grayson, two daughters Cassie Dummitt (Austin) of Olive Hill and Leslie Knipp of Ashland, one brother Victor Lyons (Melissa) of Grayson, two sisters Barbara James (Timmy) of Olive Hill and Yvonne Brierley (Billy) of Owingsville and five grandchildren.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his loving wife Rosie Littleton Lyons, brother William Lyons and sister Carolyn Lyons.
