Stephen Todd Wells

Stephen Todd Wells, 36, of Irvine, died Sunday morning, January 10, 2016, at the Mercy Marcum Wallace Hospital. He was born March 9, 1979 in Lexington, to the late Teresa Durbin Wells.
Todd always had a smile on his face. He had a big heart and always was willing to help anyone. He loved his family, friends and his three beautiful children. He will be dearly missed by his family and friends.
Survivor includes; three children, Austin Todd Wells, Stephen Tyler Wells and Jessalyn Faith Wells, all of Irvine; his father, Jimmy Turpin of Irvine; his brother, Phillip Wells (Marilyn Puckett) of Ravenna; aunt, Charlotte Raider (Richard) of Ravenna; nephews, Nicholas Puckett and Luke Puckett, both of Ravenna; mother of his children, Jessica Rose of Irvine.
In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Ed and Sally Durbin.
