William Earl Blake, 57, of Georgetown, Ohio died Friday at Life Care Center in Morehead. He was born May 8, 1955 in Maysville, Kentucky to the late William and Martha Ritchey Blake.
William was a truck driver, loved to fish, and was a jewel prospector in Quartzsite, Arizona.
Survivors include; one daughter, Amanda Marie Blake Nicholson; one brother, Harvey Blake (Janice) of Mt. Sterling; one sister, Martha Susan Blake Scott (Jerry) of Brunswick, Georgia.
