William Frank Willoughby

William Frank Willoughby, 54, of Mt. Sterling, passed away Sunday, November 30, 2014 at UK Hospital in Lexington. He was born September 8, 1960 in Mt. Sterling to Barbara Collett Willoughby and the late William Brack Willoughby.

William was a lifelong resident of Montgomery County; a member of Spring Street Baptist Church, a former employee of Dayton Freight and a motorcycle enthusiast.

Survivors include; three daughters, Samantha Ann Fawns (Josh) and Whitney Lynn Willoughby both of Mt. Sterling and Judy Marie Willoughby of Jeffersonville; his mother, Barbara Willoughby of Mt. Sterling; two grandchildren, Carter Fawns and Emerson Fawns both of Mt. Sterling; special cousin, Sissy Howard of Jeffersonville.

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a sister, Barbara Lou Willoughby; special cousin, Pinky Orme.

Pallbearers: Mike Cockrell, Adam Montgomery, Bobby Branham, Dave Wandstrat, Monty McBride, and Johnny Bishop.
