Obituary
Mary Ann Lawson Hale, 89, of Okeechobee, Florida, passed away Thursday, October 27, 2022, at Raulerson Hospital surrounded by her loving family. She was born on November 22, 1932, in Ezel, Kentucky, to the late Ollie and Etta Kendrick Lawson.
Mary enjoyed gardening, sewing and spending time with her great grandchildren. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends.
Mary is survived by two loving daughters; Sherry Burton (Willis) of Okeechobee, Florida and Jackie Parks of Okeechobee, Florida; grandson; Christopher Burton (Micki), seven great grandchildren; two sisters; Doris Strife and Jane Leeper both of Ohio.
In addition to her parents, Mary was preceded in death by her husband Richard D. Hale; grandson Richard "Shea" Burton; son-in-law; Virgil Parks; six brothers and three sisters.
Graveside service for Mary Hale will be held at 10:00AM on Friday, November 4, 2022 at Machpelah Cemetery. Brother William "Hoss" Prater will be officiating.
