Patricia Ann (Williams) Ballard

Patricia Ann Williams Ballard, 75, of Mt. Sterling, passed away on Monday morning, August 1, 2022, at her home, surrounded by her loving family.  She was born on May 2, 1947, in Menifee County, Kentucky, to the late Samuel and Golden Trimble Williams.

Ann lived in Montgomery County most of her life, where she was an active and beloved member of Gateway Christian Church.  She loved flowers, working in her yard, playing Rook, playing dominoes, a good lipstick, her morning coffee from McDonald's, and spending time with and caring for everyone above herself - her family, her friends, and especially her "grands."  Nothing will ever be the same without Mom, without Sister, without Ann, without Meme.

Ann is survived by two cherished daughters, Monica Ballard and Becky Ballard (Banning), both of Lexington; four adored grandchildren, Peyton, Carson, Sam, and Cash, all of Lexington; loving sister, Becky Beam of Mt. Sterling; a host of extended family and special friends.

In addition to her parents Ann was preceded in death by four brothers, J.B. Williams, Don Williams, Dan Williams, Darrel Williams; three sisters, Ruth Klaber, Gretta "Dee" Wynn, and Ilena Fern Williams; brother-in-law, Ray Beam.

Funeral service will be held Thursday, August 4, 2022 at 11:00AM.  Visitation will be Thursday, August 4, 2022 from 9:00AM to 11:00AM, both services will be held at Gateway Christian Church. Interment following the service at Machpelah Cemetery.  Pastor Glenn Emery and Pastor Bill Kilgore will be officiating.

Pallbearers: Jeral Don Williams, Greg Beam, John Klaber, Kurt Williams, Jonathan Ballard, and Brian Ballard.

Honorary Pallbearers: Tracey Williams-Bone, Lisa Williams, and Diane Klaber.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Ann's memory to Gateway Christian Church, 801 Winchester Road, Mt. Sterling, KY 40353.
